An Urban Mound. Competition, 2nd Prize

Tel, Aviv uses the city's name as motivation for establishing an artificial mound in the center of Ha'medina Square, which would serve as a natural observation and landscape site and which would break up the city's skyline. The mound is designed as a green island, a place of tranquility and relaxation, a place that offers a different perspective of the city.
