Connected Urban Twins

Connected Urban Twins (CUT) was a collaboration between Hamburg, Leipzig, and Munich that advanced urban data platforms and digital twins for integrated urban development from 2021 to 2025. The project explored how digital representations of cities can support planning, public participation, and more sustainable urban futures.

At the Urban Digital Twin Days 2025 conference at HafenCity University Hamburg, Ariel Noyman presented "Street Knowledge: Democratizing Data-driven Urban Design." The talk explored how urban digital twins and data-driven design can incorporate local knowledge and support shared decision-making.
